Online registration opens May 15th and closes on July 31st.

Please read all of these instructions carefully before clicking on the registration link below. It is imperative that the information you enter into the online system is correct, as this information will appear on certificates and in our final programme. Ensure you know the correct spelling of names, pieces, composers etc.

It is the responsibility of the participant and teacher to be certain that they have read the syllabus for rules, regulations and class details, and that entries are in the correct level and category. The syllabus can be downloaded from the festival page.

Future communication will be through email and from the website. Updates and schedules will be posted on the “News and Events” page of our website.

BEFORE YOU REGISTER

Ensure you have all of the following information from your teacher before proceeding, and that a credit card is on hand for payment:

1. Teachers Information (name, full address, phone number, email)

2. The level of your class selections. (Junior, Intermediate etc.) You can enter multiple classes and divisions at the same time, so check all levels and divisions that apply. (For example, if you wish to enter a grade 3 piano class and a grade 10 string class, you would check off both junior and senior when asked the level, and both piano and strings when asked the division)

3. Class Information (class number, class name)

4. Piece Information: piece name, opus, number, movement, composer, and performance length in minutes and seconds (for example if your piece is 3 minutes and 10 seconds long, you would enter 03:10)

5. If registering for an ensemble, choose which person in your ensemble will register, as only one of you must enter and will be considered the main contact person for the group. This main contact person must enter all the names of their ensemble partners when registering.
